    if i am only pulling 5 psi on a chipped car, could this the ecu defaulting to limp mode??
    and should i not be driving on it??

    there is no CEL

    I believe limp mode only lets you run max. of 5psi... When mine went into limp mode I gotta CEL. Check your TBB and DV's.

    Yeah, I've been hitting limp mode when I go over 100MPH lately. Drives me nuts. Get that thing Vag'd

    you don't have any lights on at all.

    this happened to me once, but i had a light on the tach.

    Mostly it will throw a CEL.

    it was a bad TBB. swapped it out, reset the ecu.....
    back to happy
