Now in its fourth year, the 2004 Northeast Audi Summer Event continues to be a keystone on the calendar for East Coast Audi owners. Organized by the Northeast Audi Owners Club, the event was held this year at the KTR Performance facility in Ayer, MA.

The weekend began with racing at the New England Dragway on Friday night, roughly an hour’s drive away from Ayer. For those who like to talk up their cars online, the racing offered a time for owners to back up those virtual claims.

The main event was Saturday’s show at KTR’s large facility in Ayer. If you’re not familiar with them, KTR Performance is a division of KTR European Motorsports, a company that caters to all sorts of auto enthusiasts in the Boston area and beyond. This company has a truly impressive facility in the sleepy town of Ayer, MA that just might surprise you. Walk through their showroom, and you’ll see cars like a vintage Ferrari GTO, Porsche 993 Turbos and more.

In addition to KTR, other vendors were also on hand including; APR, AWE, Dahlback Racing/ TJM Motorsport, Momentum Tuning, and Shine Racing Service.

Newer Audis dominated the show, with many B5 S4s and A4s, B6 A4s, A6s and even an RS6 displayed. Older Audis were represented including; Quattro Coupes (a.k.a. Ur Quattros), 90s, several Ur S4s, a 200 turbo quattro, a Cabriolet, two 4000s, a V8 and more. The DubAudi Group showed up with several highly modified Audis worth checking out, while AWE brought out Chad Block’s RS4 sedan and Shine Racing Service brought a front-wheel drive 80 with 1.8T transplant. Inside the garage, KTR also had several highly tuned B5 S4s.

The third and final portion of the this all-Audi show is a group cruise. This year, a long convoy of four-ringers hit the road for the nearby coast: truly a sight to see.

Located in New England, the Northeast Audi Summer Event is a bit further north than most of the larger shows on the East Coast show scene, though for Audi owners its refreshing to see an event for just Audis.
