    M1 Autobody did it. They cut off the stock fenders and than they custom made these fenders.

    I guess price depends on how much custom work your looking at. They are a reasonable priced shop though, you can check them out at www.m1autobody.com Don't be scared by all the honda's they work on, they do a lot of custom work. Not quite sure how they made the body kit fit the flares exactly, but I know they can pretty much match any kit you have.
