Sadly we never got around to making logos and just wore brown jerseys. That was a season to remember. The look on peoples faces when the teams were announced was priceless.

I play in a co-ed league. This might be a local-humor kind of thing, but in southern Illinois there is a town called "Beecher". Although we're not from this town we play as:

BEECHER MEAT AND LIQUOR

The other choice was:

BEECHER TOOL AND DIE

One clueless dope asked "Do you really drive all the way up from Beecher just to play here?"

Note this joke only works if your state has a town called Beecher.

"Blue Steel"
"Ming Dynasty"
"1st Place" (b/c it would be funny if we were in last place, everyone would say "hey, first place is in last place")
"Washington High Ranking Government Officials" (instead of Washington Senators)
"Fairfax Mid-level Managers"

I like the "Soft Balls" one... some people will think you are unoriginal... others will think you are nasty.

When I was at UCSD our intramural names were so bad the paper wouldn't print us in the standings. The fact that we were so bad we didn't make it into the standings very often didn't help.

So what kind of softball team is this for... this isn't for like some church youth group or something is it? I don;t want to suggest anything that is going to offend someones sensibilities ... well at least not too much.

You're coaching or something? How old are these softball players? You need names that will make the other teams immediately underestimate your skills, so you can demolish them with ease. Suggestions:

The Bunters.
We Cant Catch.
Two Left Feet. (or The Lefties)
The Girls.
The Nearsighted
The Crippled (The Crips for short, the scare tactic might work instead eh?)

and such and such.

Yeah im the manager. It's for an Adult Softball League in the area. 18-35 yrs old. It's a bunch of old friends from high school recently graduated from college. (Most of us still livin with the parents)

I was watching married with children last week..and al's team was the chicago cleavage..an they're logo was a backwards c and a forward c )( haha.. I love that show.
