    my question is...

does all 2001 TT come w/ nav system? which is located in the dash?

if there is...do we need to buy a CD to use the nav system? or what?

It was an option on 2001 TT's and so nope not on all. I believe it's still only an option but I could be wrong.

The Nav system is DEFINITELY an option and I believe is very rarely ordered. My opinion is that Audi's system isn't the greatest and for the money, I'd rather put in an aftermarket. The biggest drawback is that it's not nicely mounted in the dash.

I'm pretty sure you always must purchase specific CD's for detailed road info with any nav system...pretty $$ from what I hear.

another question is ... if it comes w/ nav buttons does that mean the previous owner already bought the option of nav system?

Sounds like it....I don't have any Nav buttons on my TT....and that is the ONLY option I don't have.

Oh...before it's too late...Happy Canada Day to me!
