Hey guys, i have noticed a huge decrease in power recently and no longer can hear my turbos at all period but haven't gotten it officially checked out yet. What could have caused it to blow or not be heard at all, i haven't beaten on it and does anyone know a good place around north/central jersey that could take a look at it or how to go about testing it. Thanks.

sounds like a loss of boost. from wut i've picked up, when the turbo goes u will definately kno, it's called grenading for a reason. my guess is a bad MAF or some vaccum hoses crapped out on u. that happened to me. only difference was i didn't really notice a loss of power until i got it fixed(there was a CEL) and then i realized how much power was gained back afterwards

    What are your boost/vacuum readings?

my guess is he doesn't have a boost gauge or thigns would be a lot more obvious. had his turbo gone his gauge woulda made a dramatic change in a very short period
