My personnal experience with AAArims...good service until they get their money, after that it's another story.

I wrote AAARims an e-mail 2 weeks ago concerning center cap problems and they just never replied.

    I'd try another company, personnaly.

Just a tip, try to buy your replicas with OEM center caps, the replicas center caps are made of the lowest quality materials

If you don't want to deal with any hassles go with Achtuning. You get everything you need and I believe they ship everything to you mounted.

It can be a pain to try to get OEM caps and modify them.

I actually got mine from Discount Tire. I don't really know much about wheelwarehouse or AAArims.

I can't recall, but I think I emailed AAArims once and they responded quite fast. I believe they said they could have the wheels shipped out within 24 hours.

Either one you go with you have to specifically ask for OEM caps or you will just get the cheap ones. That is probably why those two companies' prices where cheaper than Achtuning. The wheels in the Achtuning GB include OEM caps.

With all the wheel choices out there, Why would you buy replicas'???? I don't understand how you ld spend $35000 on a car and not spend themost amount of money on the largest focal point on the car "the rims"?????

I didn't spend even close to 35k and RS4s give it a clean, almost factory look. They don't make factory 19" RS4s either. I will eventually change wheels, but I needed rims asap. Not everybody who buys a A4 can throw around thousands of dollars on some HREs or something.

That's right, try to buy your RS4 replica with OEM center caps. If not, get ready to pay about $45 each for the caps.

Maybe you missed the point! Fine I understand you bought a base A4 for about $27000. There is nothing wrong with that if that is what you can afford. But then You spent about $1000 on FAKE wheels because you wanted to get rid of the ugly 15's it came with TEMPORARILY, Until you buy a 3rd set. So in the end you could have bought HRE's if that is what you like. I personally would go with some superleggera III or BBS LM's. If you are going to do something do it right the first time! Don't take everything so offensively, it's not about throwing thousands of dollors around it is about making the right decision and doing it right the first time. Replicas are exactly what they are REPLICAS.

Sorry again, didn't even pay close to 27,000. I only work part time since I'm a full time student, so it would take a crazy long time to afford high quality rims. I would need to replace the stock tires before I could save up enough money to buy rims, which means saving for even longer.

Whats wrong with getting rims and changing them up after a while to keep things fresh? Every set of wheels I get will be TEMPORARY since I don't plan on keeping the rims as decorations once the car is gone.

If he wants to get some RS4 reps it's his choice, don't hate. So what if they are replicas, they look clean. Go for it.

No one's hatin'. I wasn't bashing you at all. I don't think anybody plans on keeping there car or rims for ever. Just don't act like you can't afford better wheels if you are going to change your wheels every year. Also, I honestly don't care how much you paid for your car, Next time buy a YUGO and buy a real set of rims, maybe something of Quality like a FORGED wheel!

I used aaa rims. I called them almost everyday to see if they had shipped out yet till they shipped them. Took about a week to get here. I did have a problem with one of my replica center caps with the paint chipping off. I called and they sent a replacement in 3 days. I really was satisfied with the wheels and the service. They also posted pics of my car on their site...ofcourse they did mess up and say it is a 2002 a6 2.7t but i would use them again...

Is that the best you got?? Why don't you go study so when you graduate maybe, just maybe you get a job at the local fast food place working the drive thru, so you can admire everybody else's nice high quality wheels and look on with envy. No that' hatin'! Don't feel the need to respond to this, I really don't give a flyin' shit if you want to put crappy curbed wheels on a high quality AUDI! Buy a YUGO!

Okay stop fighting christ its like its that time of the month. First off I will be going the Naval Academy Prep school cuz my english grades sucked. And these are a graduation gift and I like the factory look.
2nd I got my car for 21K taxes and tag included. It came with curb rash and it was chipped and lowered and it checked out fine with the audi dealer. The reason I got it so cheap was because my uncle had to sell it and nobody wanted to buy it cuz they were all oldies.
3rd. I think I will just give AAARims a call for Contis and 18inchers with OEMs
4th. RS1.8T stop your internet bitching and telling everybody what wheels they should buy. If I want to roll on Ronal Bears than I will because its my car and what looks cool to me may be different than what you see.

P.S. You cannot pull 260 out of a K03. Maybe with NOS but this aint 2F&F

II see you felt the need to reply back. If you are going to quote me its 240 not 260. Like I really give a shit if you or anybody else here likes me or not. I am not insecure like yourself, I don't need justification from you to feel better about myself. Just keep buying your replicas, and when you saved enough pennies at burger king, send me an email and I will sell you the REAL RS4 wheels that came with my Audi. Again, Please don't respond back, but you will because you feel the need to defend yourself and get the last word in, so go aheahd and respond.

Just keep in mind I didn't pick on you I just asked/made a simple statement about replica wheels and why anybody would waste there money on them. But I guess you answered my question you Stupid Bastard

First of all I never claimed 260, the lamo "astris" apparently doesn't quotepeople correctly. 2nd I wouldn't tell people what type of rims to buy. I just simple stated I couldn't understand why anybody would buy replicas when lets see you could buy a set of BBS VA wheels for the same price and at least get a quality wheel. My originalquestion was not geared towards anyone I just put the question/statement out there and the little school boy (astris) took it personally.

Good luck with the rims and the Academy. Definitely get the OEM caps from them if you can. They are pricey from the dealer and a pain to get. If you need to modify the caps to fit let me know and I can get you some pics.

Alright! We both agree on something. Another reason people get reps is because you can't get originals in 19"s.

    I like your style JBM.

Did you order the rims? I think they should clear S4 brakes. I am pretty sure they can clear some aftermarket BBKs.

Caps are on the car, just not in the sig. Don't have a digi cam right now so a sig update will have to wait. I would say go 19s, you won't regret it. I am dropping my ride really soon. Probably Neuspeed/bilstein or possibly coilovers. You should be able to roll on 19" reps slammed without any rubbing issues because they have a good offset.
