Okay im either gonna get, Koni Coilovers or the HR/Bilstein Adjustable setup. I can't decide. The price is the same. Cause i will install the CO's my self but i will have to pay to install the other setup. What should i get?

eh? why would you have to pay to install the other setup? The install is more or less identical.

Actually my friend is gonna help me, he has CO's on his Honda, plus he is a mechanic, wouldn't it be harder to do the adjustable setup?

As far as labor goes, no. If you select a clip and then want it higher or lower,, yes. Since you will have to disasemble the whole thing and move the clip. You could also go with the Blisten Sports with ECSs budget CO system. Then you can adjust ride height just like a CO.

I did my own bilstein / Neuspeed race setup. I had never even touched a suspension in my life.

The thing that convinced me to get the Koni coilovers is I'm too picky about the height I wanted. So I knew I would want the infinite height adjustment capabilities. Also the ride on them is comfortable, close to the stock sport but probably not aggressive enough for a track person.

Installation with a friend is very doable but not so easy that I would be happy about having to un-re-install to adjust anything. Also things that went wrong for me were putting a hole in the CV boot and missaligning the abs sensor...

dood get the coilovers. if you get the spring/shock setup and you're not satisfied with the drop, you'll wish you got the c/o's. besides, koni c/o's are height and dampening adjustable. shocks/springs is pretty much WYSIWYG, ya know?

from a person who has had both, get the coilovers. if you dont, you will regret it later. install difficulty is pretty much the same for both. one thing with the coilovers, ask someone about setting the dampening rates before you install the coilovers, because once you do, you have to take them off to adjust the rates again. i or several other people can give you a good idea of where to start for the rates.
