Has anyone here gone to Costco to mount and balance the tires and rims, Can they be trusted to do a good job? It's cheap (Only ten dollars a wheel)

i got a flat tire once on the way to big bear and i got one tire mounted and balanced there/ it was fine. its kinda hard to mess that up. machine does most of the work. i would trust them but its your choice.

I have gotten plenty of tires mounted at my costco on Long Island and they've always done a great job. I just noticed he was in NoVA so I figured I'd warn him about the Arlington Costco

You can get screwed anywhere - its all about the individual handling your wheels. The mounting and balancing is done by machine - so all the chance is left to how much the guy working there cares about you and his work (ie. does he throw your wheels around, handle them inappropriately.)

I wanna stand there and watch him with a knife in my hand. So if he disrespects my wheels i can shank em.

    Hey Brrman,

Sorry to thread jack, but since your setup is like mine (tip and 1.8T) and your pretty much all stock except a chip.....would you do rims or exhaust as your next mod? I'm kind of leaning towward a nice deep borla. =)
