What is the best/recommended weight of synthetic oil to use in A4's (1.8t)? What do people here recommend?

dont you guys think that 0w40 or 5w30 is really watery and if you drive and live in a hot climate then it's not too good for your engine, I put 20w50 it's tick and quiets my motor quite a bit and it doesn't turn into water like the 5w30 does

Dont want too heavy of an oil though when dealing with a turbo.
