Dreamland BBQ sauce, from the original location in Alabama...hands down, the best BBQ sauce ever. If someone is grilling at Waterfest, maybe I can bring some by (only have a little left).

Sweet Baby's Ray's is in a class all by itself. Not only is it relatively inexpensive, it's hands down the best I've ever purchased. I actually used to make my own a lot (I'm a big BBQ fan, and 90% of meals come off the grill). But SBR's is solid.

I just had some on my burger for lunch.

I have a local Trader Joe's, but they also carry it at Shaw's/Star Market here. Often on sale for 2 for $3. I stock up all the time. They have the 3 varieties: honey BBQ, Hickory, and Original. I can't figure out which is my favorite. I use Hickory on ribs, and mix up between the honey BBQ and original on chicken.

we just had this conversation last week at work, everyone agreed Sweet baby Ray's was the best. Until I brought in Hoboken Eddie's Sweet and Sour Haberno Sauce....

I hear that. I run through Red Hot, Tabasco, and Red Pepper like it's going out of style. I put it on everything.

If you want a hot sauce that will kick your ass, try Mad Dog. It comes in a few varieties. But the 357 is the tamest, and will still kick your ass. You have to carefully add it into your cooking. Check out http://www.hotsauceworld.com/

Oh yeah - I completely forgot. Dinosauur BBQ is the best BBQ food you can find. (I grew up in Syracuse, everytime I go home to visit I make a point to go eat there).
