    what rims to get

alright, just trying to decide what rims to go with...
so far i've been thinking about bbs rgr's and ch's. i like the rgr's but i havent seen them on a b6 so i dont know if it will look good.
i also like the axis supermeshes. realistically i have about 2500 bucks to spend so maybe those rims are all out of my pricerange. what rims would u guys go with...and should i go with 19s. im thinking 18s will be cheaper but ill regret them in the long run. what other brands should i look at for the 2500 price range. thanks

i would definitely go with bbs because they are classic and never go out of style and the quality is top notch. I have 19" ch's and love them. i noticed that the price went up quite a bit to about $520 per wheel. i got mine last year this time for around$320 per wheel.

I've heard just recently that the durability of the finish on the OZ SLs aren't very good. Apparently, there have been several cases where people only wash them w/ soap and water and the finish started screwing up within a couple of months.

Just an FYI though. The reason I post this is because the SLs were my second choice, and would have been my first choice if I could have gotten them in sliver (didn't want the gunmetal SLs on my Black Avant-thought it would be too dark for my tastes).

If your car is Light Silver, I think the RGRs would look great in Diamond Black finish. I had to special order the RGRs in Bright Silver since I thought the Diamond Black would be too dark on my car.

I had 19" RGR's in Black Diamond on my 2002 M3 and they are great rims. Looked sweet and will never go out of style.

I understand. That's why I didn't go w/ the SLs in gunmetal. Way too dark for my taste.

I do love the finish of Diamond Black though. Sweet finish!
