how much does spp sell the A4 ecodes

Not many places are selling them these days, not like they used to anyway. Rising import costs and a weak dollar are to blame.

The A4 E-Codes are made by Valeo. Most places sell/sold the same ones.

so the ones epi sells are valeo, how do they look compared to the stock housing if I was to take out the orange piece to get clear corners. Is it worthy $400 for the A4 ecodes halogen? If just removing the orange piece in the stock housing look the same?

They look similair but not the same. When you do clear corners, you'll have visible holes in your housings and you'll have those plastic tabs behind the orange markers still left. It may seem like it's nothing, but it'll be visible. E-Codes are nice and you get what you pay for, but IMO, they're starting to get too expensive. Regular ones are almost at the price S4 ones are at...

DUDE, wherever u buy ECODE, it's the same.
also US spec parking light lits up when you turn on the light.
Ecode doesn't. instead, it has city lights

ecodes look really nice in our cars because of the design of the headlight housing assembly. it just stands out that much more being a one piece housing that wraps around the side.

pretty much all ecode for our cars are made by valeo. you're buying the same product no matter where you go.

btw, ecode won't pass safty check.

How about shocks and springs, that wont pass safty check to? I will probably get just the neuspeed bilstein shocks, that should pass right?

doesn't matter, the reflector is required to pass.

if just the shocks, you should be alright. but if it looks lower than normal, 'might' be a little harder to pass. all depends where you go.

howzit going las, hopefully I will get my giac soon. yea, I wanted to just go with the neuspeed bilsteins with perches just to lower the front a bit to even out with rear I dont want to lower it any more. Do you know how the bilsteins ride compared to stock shocks?

i have koni coilovers. i think the grooved bilstein will help your situation. it'll be just a tad stiffer, you probably won't even feel the difference. are you getting just the fronts or all fours?

i'd get all fours. not sure if you'll run into any problems if you left the rears stock??? i'd ask around.

you can get on base right? the auto skill centers got everything you need(lift, tools, etc). plus, i could help. i did the coilovers myself.

Also, the lens used in the projector unit in ecode housing and the us-stock housing is very different and they provide different beam pattern.
