quick question tho...

u guys have any news on upcoming powerbooks? cuz i dunt wanna buy one right now and have it be obsolete in a few weeks...

dont let anyone change your mind. although if new powerbooks do show up at macworld, these ones will have a big price drop. A usual sign of upcoming powerbooks is a small price drop a few weeks in advance to macworld.

always look around on macrumors.com or macnn.com that will keep ya up to date with expected releases. you'll love it either way!

I'm running the PowerBook G4, 15" version. It's great! All I can say is all the apps seens to run so much smoother than windows. (Maybe my last com was a PII haha) But ya, the system is not hard to get used to, and for a photographer myself, I have more than enough memory~ One word, JustGetIt~

i ordered it... should be here by wednesday... i cant wait!!!

my only regret: bought it online as to avoid paying tax.... or else would have gotten it at the store... but turns out the online transaction does charge tax.... so either way i would have paid tax, so i cud actually have it by now, but now have to wait till wednesday!
