I'm going to have a go at it this weekend. Was told I can get to it from underneath so I'm going to try.

Amen Brotha'!!!! Jeesh, you gotta' love the volcano!

I haven't tried siliconing yet - I just don't remember to do it when I'm there. I've had my grilles out several times and always forget to try it. Maybe one day I'll get sick enough of the volcano and do something about it.

    Thumbs up

    VtAudi

Just finished, and it wasn't too hard.
Man my pump was cracked big time.. hard to believe but it came apart when I got to it.
You can access it from the front drivers side wheel well, just remove the wheel liner and remove the reservoir (steps required so you don't get washer fluid everywhere PM me and I'll go through it with you). The part numbers you will require are 3B7 955 681 for the pump $30, a connector 1J0 973 722 A $7 and a new gasket 431 955 465 A $2 (dealer prices).

I'm missing my passenger side pop up for the washer entirely. The pump works great except its making the driver side windshield cleaner to not work and the entire pop up unit is missing. I have no idea how this could have happened - I bought the car that way - and I'm trying to replace the pop up or cover it up and plug up the hose. I don't care too much for the headlight washer.

I know I can plug them up by sealing off the piping from the washer fluid tank to the headlight washers, but is there alos a fuse for that in the box? Also, where can I get a cover for it cheap since I don't need it to work?

    Thanks guys
