i had RH's but ran a crazy 25mm ET...currently i'm running the US 18x8 45mm ET wheels and there's clearance there. LM's will clear as well Oettinger and BBS CH's from my experience

I'm also on the stock 17" rims. I have to tell you, finding 19" rims that clear the B5 S4 brakes is a pain!

It will be nice working with proper villains again!

I run stock 5 spoke sport rims during the warm months and 6 spoke Avus rims from the B5 S4 during the winter.

not a lot of wheels with a lip will clear...unless you go custom but you saw what happened w/ a4ncar's wheels sometimes it's still off a bit.

Funny thing is the LM's clear S4 brakes but wont clear stoptechs

I have 18"x8.5" Flik Artics with a 35et offset. They clear by about 3mm.

so in all my years of dealing with this headache i've come to the conclusion that it's not just the offset that makes a difference it's the spoke design that plays more of a critical role in clearance. perfect example is the 17" sport wheels from audi for the B5 and B6 their spoke design is rather flat and flush w/ the wheel...and they clear brakes and their offset is a meager 45mm ET.

Best thing to do is a test fitting...that's the best
