    Just create a small image, size it down to fit under the dimensions required. Then just put it in under your user profile.

    Yup. Anything 80x80 or smaller, and under 20k will work. Then upload it to your AZ Gallery and paste the link.

    Control Panel > Edit Options > Avatar
