Anyone painted their stock grills to match?

I was just wondering if anyone had colormatched their stock grills. I like the way the Oetty and ABT grills look when they are painted the same color, I was just wondering how the stock grills would look. I kinda want to paint the grills and leave the chrome trim around.

    Anyone have any pics?

I was planning on doing something similar to bbaudi's grills, but I was wondering what the stock grills would look like painted.

Hmmm... Looks really good, especially with the Sportec. Wonder how the grills would look on a silver car like mine.

You mean painting the upper and lower grills silver? I've seen it and don't care for it. Works on black and Dolphin (darker colors), but not on silver, or others, IMHO.

That is exactly what I'm talking about. You wouldn't happen to have pics of a silver car with painted grills?

What grill do you have? Man, I love your car. Wish I could afford those 540R's.

I've done the trim on my B5, really happy with the look.

Get a pic of your car and photoshop it up so you'll see how it will look.

I would, but my photoshop skills are not what you would call good.
