might be a dealer trade since it was a California car...sigh..why it's 2000miles away....also, there are many 2008 CPO b7 avant with around 6k to 8k miles on sale now and most of them are previous loaner cars, is it because the 09 is coming out?

not specifically because of the 2009, it's a timing thing. Audi does a short lease to the dealers for loaner use and then they have to turn them over when it's up.

the idea color will be white with s-line package. Those previous loaners are too "plain" in my opinion since they don't really have any options/packages.

I can't seem to find the car you mentioned, maybe I need to go there to take a look in person with check book..:P

went to penske west covina today..the avant mentioned in above is long gone..the only used a4 avant in stock is a black on black 05 1.8T with 4?K miles and now on sale for less than 22k. I feel that the car has been sitting on the lot for quite some time since the sticker said the selling price is 27k.....Also, no more new a4 avant in stock.
By the way, they do received the B8 demo and it looks so good..

so the hunt is still on...

I have 2 sets of "Race Ramps" They are brand new condition - These lightweight ramps are used by racers as well as street guys that have lowered cars & regular jacks just wont work. I've tried them on my street car which is lowered, & pull on the ramps & regular floor jacks will work.
