    Little rust spots??

Hello guys, I have a quick question for ya. My wife has an white 07 Honda Accord V6 sedan and living here in the midwest we get a ton of snow. Well I finally got a chance to clean it up good last weekend, but in the process I noticed all of these little rust spots all over the car. I tried scrubbing them off when I was drying it off but they wouldn't budge. So I had to get the bug and tar remover out and go around to every little spot to get them off.

Does anyone have any way to prevent these cuz they are a pain in the a$$! I'm sure a big part of the problem is all the salt on the damn roads here.

The 'little' rust spots you're talking about are probably from contamination, fallout, rail dust, etc. Best product to use to remove would be a clay bar and to prevent would be a good sealant/wax.

Yes, a fine claybar will do the trick. You will also likely have to do a light polish or chemical cleaning.
