Dension Icelink

Just wanted to say that Dension has the WORST customer service I ever seen...I bought mine about 2 1/2 years ago...no probs at all. But one day my fat ass friend got in the passanger side and kocked the dension off the pro clip mount and disconnected some one of the tiny wires in the back of the cradle...Is this salvagable...I hate to just throw it away especially after paying 200+ bucks for it.

I tried contacting dension via e mail...to find out that the original company sold out to some company in europe and they dont respond to my e mails...what should i do??

I have a new cradle that hasn't been used if you want to buy it. Just PM me if you want it. I bought the ice link for my A4 and one for my girlfriends Jetta. I bought the RNS-E and now just use the SD cards with it.

You can get a whole new set up dirt cheap on ebay. I picked one up recently for $22 shipped! Works great.
