17544 - System too Lean Code. WTF ?

I just got the following code:

17544 - Fuel Trim: Bank 1 (Add): System too Lean
    P1136 - 001 - Upper Limit Exceeded

I logged for long term fuel trims (Block 032) and 1st field is 6,4% and the 2nd one -18,8% (negative).

Any ideas what may have happened ?

Vaccum leak ? Fuel pump ?

I have recently installed TP (got code for that, too), TIP and a new MAF.

    Car feels normal.

Code P1136 is usually associated with an air leak somewhere in the intake system. Check for vacuum hose leaks or leaks around the intake manifold. Take a real close look at the 1/8" hose coming out of the end of the intake. More often than not that is the problem.

i throw the same codes occasionally. But it is only when i am at full throttle and over 9500' elevation in the mtns. I am thinking my issue is altitude related. It never happens around town or at lower elevation.

When you find out what is causing your issues update this post.

Thanks guys. I think I will check the vac lines first.

I will update this thread when I solve this problem.

3rd or whatever on the vac lines...esp. the one running out of your intake manifold...the 2002-2003 use a braided cloth covered line versus a solid rubber one...and they often crack because of the funny angle they hit the manifold at coupled with the fact that they are cut dreadfully short.
