Has anyone tried the XTD or EZ Clutches from Ebay?

I am not usually an ebay person when it comes to this stuff but has anyone had any experience with them? Like the stage 3? I think the EZ Clutches are just rebadged and beefed up SACHS clutches...

the only thing about clutches is that labor is half the cost. So if it turns out to be crap, you lose big time. Also keep in mind that ebay feedback is usually immediate feedback: Yes I received a clutch from this member, +1 to you. For a clutch, you want feedback 5-6 months down the line.

Southbend Clutch has earned a stellar reputation in the Audi community. There is a chance that one of those clutches is also good but if it isn't then it will be an awfully expensive way to learn a lesson.

EXACTLY! I was about to write the same thing.

As for reccomendations, I love my southbend stage 4. Smooth operation with my SPEC LWFW. I drove an S2000 with an aftermarket clutch recently and I couldn't get used to how grabby it was. My Southbend is so easy to drive and grabs very well launching the car.
