Wiper Blades - Replacement

Having owned many Audi vehicles, I have one recurring frustration, and that's the windshield wiper blades, especially in the winter months. Any recommendations for better than OEM replacements for an RS7?

I’d like to know, too. Have some Bosch blades on there and they randomly stick when beginning their wipe and pop across the windshield. I’ve magic erasered the windshield, put ceramic coating on it, cleaned the blades, replaced them, still happens.
