Exclamation My rear springs broke at 86k?!

Sitting right about 86k miles on my 2014 s4

Noticed this morning that the car is sitting quite a bit lower than usual and has some terrible noises in rear when hitting bumps

This is the rear driver side

What is that black PVC looking hose which also looks broken?
What springs should I replace it with?
Do I need to also replace struts?
My bump stops are broken on both sides as well as expected

And here's the other side (rear passenger)

Is that broken black PVC on driver side the EVAP system?

What springs should I get? And do I need to replace the struts as well or just springs?
