He has quite a number of Audi parts for sale. He had a list of Allroad C5 parts, and some I wanted. We agreed to a price and I Paypal'd the funds. He said he'd ship out right away and send me a notice with tracking info. A few days went by and no response from him. So I reached out the following Monday. He then finally replied saying he ships out items on Wednesdays and will provide tracking # soon after. By Thursday no response again, so I had to file a dispute on Paypal.
Finally a couple days later he replies with the shipping info.

When I finally received the items, one is broken. Again my replies were ignored so I had to file a case with Paypal (again). To this day I am still in limbo deciding to spend more money shipping back the damaged item for a partial refund (that I may not ever see) or just eating it and never deal with anyone on this forum again.

Now he wants me to send the damaged item back, and make me pay for shipping, to then promise a refund once received. Paypal wont do anything unless I send it back. So I'll just file a dispute with my bank and let them handle it. Such nonsense from stupid people. And he's listed as a veteran member to this forum. So disappointed in dealing with such people.
