    Rear sway bar upgrade

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Has anyone installed the 034 rear sway bar on a c7.5 A/S/RS 7?

Notice any difference? Not sure if it’s worth the 350$ or so.

    Just curious on everyone’s input

I did on my TDI. After a tune, RSBs have been, in my experience, the biggest bang for the buck upgrade. Lot less body roll and car feels more planted. Any passengers may not like it as much.

I've also had this experience on my B7 and C5s.

    If you're buying anything
TGK then H&R then anything else then stock then possibly 034
Support a company and person that supports the community. You'll see what I'm getting at with staying away from 034

Curious what you mean, as I've never had an issue with 034 myself. Don't even know who TGK are, and haven't really seen H&R as a vendor here.

Agree with Carpenter. Everything over 034. I had the 034 rear sway bar and it was not made to spec. The retaining tabs were welded on in the incorrect spot.
They refused to replace it and instead had some stuttering sales guy call and try to convince me that it's fine to be under constant load, just beat it on.

Most of 034's product line can be found on AliExpress/Alibaba. They're the Temu of the Audi aftermarket industry with a 1000% markup, questionable business practices, and zero morals.

H&R or TGK. The only solid sways for this platform. Save your money if you aren't buying 1 of those brands.

H&R is OG suspension folks, if you haven't heard of them.. I don't know what to say...

    TGK = https://tgkmotorsport.com/

Don't buy just the rear. Buy front & rear.

Meh, I picked up the 034 RSB last July on sale for $260. Finally got around to installing it a couple weeks ago. It fit perfectly and tightens up the turn in significantly.

Compare that to $600-700 for the TGK or H&R front and rear, and I'm happy with my decision. I'm not trying to break Nurburgring lap records here.

To be absolutely fair, for TGK that is the price for front and rear sway bar not just the rear.

Yeah being cheap for being half as good is about all the 034 RSB has going for it.

All the other companies stand behind their products. Even with Eurocode, if you have a problem then at least they'll replace it.
