    Just purchased a RS5 with 32k and wanted to confirm that it has steel rotors, not ceramic. I believe they are steel due to some surface rust.

    Great upgrade from 2003 A4 1.8L with 67k which I will be looking to sell.

    To clarify further - they are 2-piece "J-hook" rotors from 034 Motorsports, which have Aluminum hats and Steel rotor rings.

    The picture you showed is not stock rotors. Looks more like 034's rotors.
