    P0491/492 help

I have a 2013 3.0t and was cruising up a gentle hill on the highway and the car started misfiring horribly. Pulled the codes and it looks like it’s the common 491/492 code. I have a parent in the ICU with no backup car (parents only have 1). The car has 198k and I don’t really care what happens, but I just need a working car. Is there anything I can do to bandaid this?

P0491 & P0492 would not cause the car to misfire under any circumstances because they are the secondary air insufficient flow faults. Did the CEL flash when going up that hill? Any other faults stored?
