Just got a stock 2012 A4 from a family member with 123K. Full service records from dealership, basically all highway miles. New turbo, struts, springs, water pump/t-stat 10-15k miles ago. Any recommendation for preventative repairs or upgrades? Plan on walnut blasting the valves, pcv, timing chain. Already did plugs, coils, oil change every 3-5k, intake, intercooler, stage 1. No issues with oil consumption. Eventually want to get a bigger turbo.
Thanks!

If intake manifold is coming off for a carbon clean, you might consider injector replacement if you don't have any record on that. It's almost too bad the water pump was just done so recently!

As MetalMan said, plan on new OE injectors when doing the rest, you already said PCV, again OE, on the horizon HPFP, transmission and transfer case/differential fluids, motor mounts, check CV joints/boots and control arms.
