Depends, I got my set for 450 plus shipping but that was a while ago. Have seen some great conditions ones in the 600-700.

Mine don’t leak but one tab is broken so I had to secure it with safety wire and metal zip ties. Lol

Parting out a Nogaro Avant. RS4 bi pipes, inlet, TB, and intake manifold all available. It it all power coated and the bi pipes are welded at the inlet to prevent separation.

Appreciate it. I use a thicker o ring to prevent leaking and prefer being able to separate bipipes from TB for ease of maintenance. Looking for just bipipes

Do you have details on the O-Rings you use? Did you upsize the one where the throttle body interfaces with the cast Y as well, or just the Bipipe-to-cast Y ones?

I have a [still three-piece] RS4 Bipipe and cast Y assembly on the shelf for my Nogaro build that I have yet to ever actually run. I bought a new oem O-ring set through Adam (user RMode), but eventually I'd like to run some pretty serious boost pressure on that car, so I'd love to know what you have found works better.

I posted the size on here previously IIRC. I tried various sized o-rings and ended up finding the best seal for my The Tuner TBB and bipipe was M4 x 63 Viton o rings. I had bad leaks with the tuner provided o rings as well as the OE pn 078 133 148 D. I never had problems with the throttle body side o ring leaking. I lubricate with a little vaseline before installing. Ill double check size (need to find the bag to confirm size) but Im fairly sure that was it
