Unusual A8 intake setup - anyone familiar with this car?

I'm in the market for a D4, and came across what looks like an S8 intake on an A8. The rest of the photos are clearly an A8L.

Does anyone know the history of this car? Was this a member's car at one point?

SRM 3” intakes and HPFP lines. There’s a good chance the car is tuned too.
