Exclamation Oil on spark plugs. Valve cover leak??

Changed my spark plugs and ignition coils on my 2013 audi a4 CAEB engine when I noticed oil on the 3 rear spark plugs (seen in attached photo), along with some black spotting on the old ignition coils. I didn't notice any oil pooling though in the chambers themselves. Does this mean I have a valve cover leak? Or could it be something else. If it is valve cover leak, can someone point me to some resources to fix this DIY, I have been doing some searching but have not been able to find too many things that help. I know it is not a gasket in these engines instead its a sealant that they use. I saw some mentionings of the valve cover colding the cam shaft in place and removing it could cause timing issues. Is this a DIY job. Also how urgent is this, can I hold off on doing this for a while as money is tight if I decide to take it into a mechanic. Thanks.

W.e you do do not reseal, with rtv. Use anaerobic sealant. Its usually red or green. Rtv can get in the engine and clogged of some stuff in the head.
