    Radiator Support Brace - DIY?

    My two radiator support braces (part numbers 8R0805528A and 8R0805527A) are rusted to hell. What's the procedure for replacing them?

    For reference, they're part 4 in the diagram below:

    It's a screw on the front end through the bottom of the lock carrier, and a nut on the back end at the subframe. Really easy to replace, at least on an A4. Remove engine noise shield to get to nut, don't even have to remove anything to get to the screws.
