I’m selling my Father’s 2008 Honda Accord EX-L which has the 3.5 V-6 V-Tech engine & 5-speed automatic transmission, the car gets 19mpg around town & 29mpg on the highway & was purchased from South Hills Honda back in 2009 with only 8,860 miles & he’s the second owner & has owned it for the past 16 years. The car has been garage kept & never driven in the snow & it’s been meticulously maintained with every receipt that documents each & every oil change & service since 2009!! I had the timing belt, water-pump & all the belt tensioners & pulleys done in 2022 as per the recommended service & at the same time I had the spark-plugs, radiator, radiator hoses, thermostat & valve cover gaskets all replaced & have the documentation to show the service. Just this past fall of 2024, I replaced all 4 tires & replaced the front & rear brake pads, new AGM Battery, Full synthetic oil change & filter. You can’t find a car this well maintained with documentation of its entire 16 yr ownership, so it won’t last long!!
