Hey guys, I got a 2008 Audi S6 and it looks like I知 not getting any fuel besides five bars out of my high-pressure fuel pump. I rigged up a manual gauge and confirmed I知 only getting 70 psi on both of the high-pressure fuel pumps has anyone had luck trying to rebuild one I took one apart and could not see what would really fail besides a seal, but I知 not getting any fuel going into the engine. Is Holden fuel pressure not sure what else is there that would go bad

Essentially, I知 looking to see if anyone has had luck fixing a high-pressure fuel pump that is not making any

Do you have full VCDS scan available? It's highly unlikely that the pressure is low due to mechanical failure in the HPFP.

As mentioned in your other thread, you have a code for "upper limit exceeded" for the high pressure fuel sensor, correct?

In that case, the ECM thinks fuel pressure is already at max, and as a result of this will command pump capacity to zero, i.e. no pressure will build.

You need to do a full VCDS scan of the car and post results here. I believe the code you have is circuit related, i.e. electrical related with respect to the sensor. In that case you need to solve that problem before you assume anything is actually wrong with the pumps.
