    Key not identified-any ideas?

Tried to start my car today and for some reason my screen was showing “no key identified” I was able to lock and unlock remotely.

Tried replacing the battery in the car and that did not work. Tried replacing the battery in the fob with a new one, did not work. Any ideas?

Sometimes inserting the key into the car and starting/driving it that way for a while will allow it to recognize the key again when used remotely. That would be the first thing I'd try.
