    Service reset in MMI

The service reset option is faded in my MMI menu. Is this something that needs to be enabled in the hidden green menu. If so where would it be under, I don't want to start playing and messing something up. I can reset it with my OBD11 but you have to buy credits now and I don't really want to have to buy credits every time if the option may be available in the MMI menu.

I would sell the OBD11 and buy a ross tech tool, I steer everyone I possibly can away from that subscription junk!

I will have to check but I am wondering if C6 won't let you reset the service interval until the interval has elapsed first? Are you getting the service message at startup or has it not elapsed yet?

I'm getting it at start up, if I go to the car set up menu in MMI the service option is faded, not available. I believe it should be able to be enabled in the green menu but I'm not sure under what option and I don't want to disable something else.

I'll have to take a look at mine. I've only ever done the reset in VCDS, but the menu option must be there for a reason! Maybe there is other criteria that needs to be met in order to enable it.
