SQ7 Sport Diff?

Curious on how many of the fellas have their SQ spec'd with the sport diff? I've had 4 other S model Audis and always opted for it. Never had an S model SUV, so I am waivering on whether it's necessary. Got a good deal pending on a PP with exec, and block optics and 22s.

Just curious to know if anyone has driven both and how critical it is on a car of this size. Thanks!

I don't think your going to notice a difference unless you track it. I don't got sports diff, I got every option besides it instead.

thanks for the reply...What model do you have? I suppose the only way it would matter is if I drove them side by side which I don't plan to do. Im really after the straigh line performance of the v8 but always nice to lessen body roll on a big vehicle. What i can say is I have the sport diff on my current car and while it is great there is still alot of body roll and I wouldn't throw it hard into any corner at the risk of not being able to recover it.

I got a 21 sq7 with a IE tune I don't beat the car just she does exactly what she needs to do. Iv never driven sq7 with the sports diff. My 14 c7 s6 had sports diff but I can't tell the difference between that and this.

Well maybe i am referring to it the wrong way...The Sport Package, which includes the stability control. Sport diff yes maybe won't matter as much but wonder if the stability control makes a big difference in the body roll of such a large heavy and high vehicle.

I have a 2020 prestige with everything but the sport package, while in hindsight I wish I would have gotten it, that's only because of my OCD. The % of time I'm like "damn the sports package would have really made a difference there" is very slim. Just don't think it's necessary in an SUV even if it is an S. I am glad to have all the other packages/option though and appreciate/use them frequently: traffic jam assist/adaptive cruise, HUD, matrix headlights (enabled) w/laser, double pane glass, etc.

If you found one with the other options you want at a good price go for it.
