    What is that thing?

I’m becoming a new owner of a D2 S8 and maybe we can bounce ideas and troubleshoot with each other, haha.

Heater core flow valves , without it always hot and aux pump for keeping warm with engine off for up 30 min.
People using wrong antifreeze or shifty sealants make those units clog up and stop working. Previous owner thought it was good idea to delete it. Now I'm stuck sourcing all the missing hoses and pump , valves assembly .
Units are NLA and were around 1500$ usd to replace .
Sourced mine from wrecker in Europe.

Good to know. Thanks for the info! I’m trying to proactively learn about these things before she lands and before I have a bigger issue. So much of these D2’s and C5’s are becoming NLA. I’m all too familiar with my 3 C5 Allroads.
