Accidentally linked the wrong wheel. The heated flat bottom is the one I'm looking at

I looked into this a bit as well. I don’t think it’s possible to retrofit a heated steering wheel in the B8/.5s.
You’d need a dedicated power source which is difficult because of the clock spring.
The steering control module itself as well doesn’t support heating
It just lacks to necessary infrastructure

Thanks for the reply but I screwed up and posted in the wrong section. I also have a B9 A4 with factory heated wheel. I just know that heated flat bottom was never an option.

Mods can you please move the post?
