My suspension stopped going up and down, and am currently getting suspension too low warnings. All 4 corners are squatted, however prior to this each corner held air fine, and all settings worked properly. I am suspecting it is the compressor or relay, as the pump does not appear to be activating at all.

This appears to be a very common issue without very much documentation, so any help is appreciated.

1st What is the correct relay, the schematics don't appear to point this out or are hard to find. There are 5 relays behind the panel in the trunk, I'm assuming it is one f those.

2nd, I removed the compressor shield below the car, is there a way to test the pump with direct power.

Last, if both the compressor and relay need to be replaced is the a preferred vendor. I'll probably just use FCP Euro, but that pump is still around $600. Any other aftermarket solutions that are tried and true before I pull the trigger on that.

If there is any documentation out there please send me in the right direct, Search isn't producing much for me.

The fuse and relay should both be located in the rear passenger quarter panel near the BCM2. You can test the pump by simply applying 12V to it, but they take a bit of current so something like a small 6A battery charger is probably not going to run it FYI.

Saw another post for the exact same thing a week after this, so it must not be clear.

I know where it is located behind the panel, but does anyone have a photo or diagram of exactly which one it is? I think there are 3 back there.

I'm about to order relay and compressor from FCP Euro, anyone else have any other proven preferred options? This is the first thing I haven't been able to search and find within a forum or youtube. All are for Q7's or other vehicles. I can figure it out, just want check the boxes before placing the order. I've got to get this beast back on the road, I'm missing it.

Update: Bought a relay. Replaced the Relay (10 seconds). Suspension works. Absolutely wild.

Maybe post a photo/diagram and part number of the relay you replaced to help the next person reading this thread in the future?

Thanks for posting the parts.
Do you have the part number for the relay.

It should be one of the green 644 multifunction relays 4H0951253 IIRC

It is the green 644 relay pictured here, in the passenger side compartment in the trunk.
