so i finally finished my car last night, here are some crappy pics... i will post up some better ones after a full detail this weekend.

all new control arms,TRE's, sway bar links, etc...
my fender to ground is 25 in the front and 25.5inches in the back. i think the front is a little to low for me and might raise it when i get the ambition.

A good drop is one of the best things you can do to a car.

nice man, im looking at lowering my car too as you prob. noticed in the b5 posts. how bad was the diy? I have done my control arms and what not last year, but how envloved is swaping to coil overs? is it just simply removing the 3 bolts up top and unbolting the bottem? Is there anything to really watch out for when doing the job?

if you replaced your CA's yourself then the coilovers would be a peice of cake. if you cant get your pinch bolt out easily, i would just unbolt the shock from the shock housing, then undo the lower control arm that the shock sits on, that way you can by pass the pinch bolt if it is siezed. PM me if you need further instructions when you do it.

oh yea and the backs are ubber easy, 6 bolts and your done. if your on stock non sport though, when you take out the shock from the housing the thing shot like 10 feet, so be ware, on the aw right up he said his only shot a few inches. Then again he had an s4 with sport suspension

the tre's were kinda a bitch, the car has been through a few winters so they were both seized. one i got off with my increadible strength, and the other i had to hit with the torch and still was tough as shit to get off...
