Crank shaft bolt removal please help!

Hey all, I think I kinda screwed up but I pulled the motor to build, stripped the block and have the crank left to pull out. Then realized I never removed the crank bolt and not really sure how to remove it since I can’t find a 12 point impact socket (weighted) and can’t find any kind of tool to keep the crank in place….any one have any input?

I wedged a rubber mallet into the block to prevent it from spinning. But be careful if the block is mounted to and engine stand as you don't want to flip the engine over when trying to remove the bolt.

can you put the fly wheel on with a few bolts and build a rudimentary flywheel lock and bolt it to the case somewhere ? a piece of thin steel with a couple of holes is what i did .
