Not OEM. Maybe a custom made aftermarket, but you'd have to do some research.

I feel your pain. I've wanted a flat-bottom, heated steering wheel for my RS7, similar to the R8's. Evidently, only Kia can pull this off. [facepalm]

See my post for example. C8 Heated flat buttom with paddles. Not from aliexpress but you get the idea. I would recommend getting an OEM airbag direct from Audi if going this route:
