I have a 2015 b8.5 s4 at 110k miles, I just changed the coil packs, spark plugs, both valve cover gaskets, pcv, water pump, thermostat, and carbon cleaned it. Upon starting the car to bleed coolant, I found that it was leaking a lot of oil. I'm not 100% sure where it's at but It's above the alternator and under the hpfp on the passenger side. The car only leaks oil when the engine is on and there's oil pressure, and leaks quite a bit. I've already checked the valve cover gasket on that side and it looks to be sealing properly. However, he car is un-drivable right now and I'm thinking about getting it towed to the nearest shop or stealership. Any suggestions or ideas of where it could be before I do the inevitable?

Probably the pCV isn’t sealing properly and flooding the valley under the supercharger.

The PCV doesn't pass any oil through it. It's only crank case vapors which may contain an oil mist, but that can't be the source of a big leak. I'm somewhat stumped unless the new PCV is bad so it's not regulating the crank case pressure. If that is the case, the pressure build up in the crankcase would force oil out through the weakest/oldest seals. Qarty did you use a Hengst or OEM PCV? Anything else would have been gambling.
If it's not too much hassle, I'd be tempted to remove and reseat the valve cover gaskets. If they didn't seal fully, it will be obvious when you remove it. Not much to do except remove the airbox and/or the coolant expansion tank. I don't know what side the issue is on.

I used a Hengst pcv and all the parts were from fcpeuro. I'm planning on checking to see if its the gasket between the HPFP and the crankcase and hoping that might be where the leak is coming or atleast give me a better look at the leak. Otherwise the next step is like you said probably taking off my passenger side valve cover gasket and seeing if it wasn't seated properly.

Could you top up the oil level, run the engine and inspect with a flashlight / mirror while it's running to see if you can tell where the leak emanates?

It's somewhere under the fuel pump, the oil runs along the mount of the alternator in a stream before making a puddle on the floor. I have a new valve cover gasket in case that is the issue arriving tomorrow and a fuel pump gasket next week if It's not the valve cover leaking.

Might want to try uv dye with a black light at night
