This is a long shot but I have a 2013 s4 in estoril blue with panda interior and sport diff. I was recently notified that my car has “structural damage reported by owner” on 03/28/2016. The car was in Nevada at that time then sold to a BMW dealer in Oregon. It was serviced at Audi Henderson regularly before 03/28/2016. The reason I am questioning this “structural damage “ is because on the car fax it says “structural damage reported by owner” but on the auto check it says it was sold on that date, 03/28/2016.
I have called the BMW dealer in Oregon that bought it and they don’t have any records of structural damage just that they sold it, they lack these records because it was so long ago. So I am wondering if anyone has any information or knows of this car in this area at the time I know it’s a long shot and it was a long time ago but any information would be appreciated.
I had a dealer look under the car and they didn’t seen any sign of frame damage or it being on a frame machine at all. So I am puzzled on why there is such a difference on the carfax vs autocheck.
Any information would be great thanks!
