Pretty, cool looking forward to seeing it all work out! My '13 S7 is jerky at 95k miles and probably needs a transmission and valve body replacement or new transmission because I can't find anyone in SoCal that can rebuild those transmissions.

Should be easier to ZF swap it, that was available in the car.

I always thought this would be a cool swap, looks like a ton of work though. You have to really want it. As much as I love manuals, I don't know that I'd go this route. A lot of work for not a lot of return. How much torque can the manual take? Couple that with a heavier car... it's days may be limited.

Outstanding. Hopefully they're documenting all the changes required. Physically it's straight forward I'm sure, curious as to what wiring/software changes end up being required.
