Hey everyone. There's some info on P1602 but not a ton, so I'm going to make an official thread here to help others diagnose the issue in the future. P1602's description is Power to Terminal 30 voltage too low. Here's my symptoms:

My car just randomly ceased cranking like 1-2 weeks ago [headbang]. It was starting fine 3 weeks ago and I didn't change anything. I can still bump start it (thank god its manual) and after I did that, I let the car run for 20 minutes and then took a quick drive around the neighborhood. My battery voltage before bump starting was 12.6V. While running (lights on) my battery voltage was 14.2V. After turning off the car, my battery reads 13.6V. Even at 13.6V it doesn't crank. I cleared the code after getting the battery voltage to 13.6V while the car is off, and then reconnected my Unitronic OBDII software. I did another scan and the same code, P1602, popped back up.

I'm pretty sure I can hear my starter relay clicking when I turn the key. Given that my battery is holding a charge, I replaced my starter in January of this year, and I can hear my relay clicking, I think it might be either a semi-faulty starter relay or some corrosion somewhere in my ECU.

Anyone got any thoughts on this?
