Forza Performance Wheels REVIEW.

https://forzaaa.com/

I write this review so everyone interested may know what to expect from them.

I sent advance payment on May 9th 2024 after carefully agreeing in details, specs, color and delivery including all taxes and fees. I specifically asked for CLEAR BRUSHED GREY color, sent pictures of several examples, like the HRE wheel on the bottom picture.

I was promised production time 30 days + 20 days for shipping. Actual production was finished on June 11th, so all good there. I received some pictures and replied about the color being too dark. I was assured it was only a lighting - picture quality issue, that in the outdoors and sunlight the color was correct. So I sent the balance payment on June 12th.

Two days later, they tried to change the shipping conditions so I would have to pay for taxes and duties and would receive a $200 USD refund out of the $3,330 I had paid. I refused that (taxes could be more than $1,000 and I was not making all of the import process paperwork). I said they better cancel the sale and refund all payments, thank God I had paid and upcharge for PayPal. They said they would honor their compromise and deliver to my door, but it would take some time because they would ship via the U.S. instead of directly to Mexico. That took forever, on July 15th I received 2, just 2 wheels. When I contacted Forza they said their "agent" said all 4 where delivered. I found that for the last shipping segment (inside Mexico) they where shipped using FEDEX, the FEDEX labels said 1/2 and 2/2, so I sent pictures and prooved they still onwed me 2 wheels, so they called their "agent" to find them. I later received one and the other, the last one by July 23th. In total it was 2.5 months for delivery.

Upon inspection, even though the wheels look very nice, there are some paint defects, the brushing is poorly made and the color was completely off. They delivered POORLY BRUSHED GUNMETAL insted of the BRUSHED CLEAR GREY I requested.

On top of that, the LOAD RATING is only for 800 Kg, when the BMW X5 M60i that I ordered it for, requires at least 935 Kg on the rear wheels when fully loaded and towing.

I certainly did open a case in PayPal for I had received a different product than purchased. I knew that shipping them back to China would be too difficult, so when Forza offered a $570 Dlls refund, I accepted. They insisted in me cancelling the PayPal case before sending the refund. I declined to do so and that was a good decision because they can send a partial refund proposal thru PayPal, if you accept it, then PayPay refunds the money instantly and the case is closed. Otherwise I might still be waiting for the refund.

So now I have 4 wheels on the wrong color for me, and with a lower load rating than ideal. I am considering to try to sell them or have them repainted and install them.

What would you guys do?
